Waist is 23"-24"--room in the seams to be let out a bit though!

The cool ice cream parlor colors and the oversized eye-let was just what I needed to lift my sagging spirits. Plus, I'm always excited when Marc Jacobs designs dresses that look like things I already have in stock...
